01 / Clarify
Where is the car now?
Note the town or area briefly. A full address can be discussed later through an agreed channel when needed. For an initial enquiry, prioritise details that help the operator understand the shipping direction.
Kereta ke Sarawak / Your preparation notes
Origin notes for a car going to Sarawak.
Vehicle shipping between Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Request a shipping check and quotation through Kereta WhatsApp.
The car’s current location may differ from where you can attend. Note both when relevant so a Sarawak enquiry does not depend on assumptions about collection.
02 / Clarify
Who can help?
If you are not with the car, note the role of someone who may help and ask how arrangements should work. Do not assume that person is authorised to hand over the car without relevant checks.
03 / Clarify
What needs clarification?
Ask whether the offered scope requires your attendance at a particular location and what must be arranged separately. Avoid booking personal travel on the assumption that collection is included.
Before the next step
Questions worth clarifying.
Do I need a full address in the list?
Not for initial notes. A clear town or area can begin the discussion; add details according to the actual check.
Does an origin location guarantee collection?
No. The location is customer information; handover or collection arrangements require agreement after review.
